Rockey Goodell
Rockey graduated from Oregon State University in 1987 and spent 20 years as an officer and attack pilot in the United States Marine Corps before officially entering the legal arena. During that time he flew combat missions during Operations' Desert Storm, Continue Hope, and Iraqi Freedom for which he was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross, several Air Medals, and numerous other awards.
Rockey retired from the Marine Corps and began law school in 2007 during which time he gained valuable legal experience working as a summer law clerk for Gates, O'Doherty, Gonter & Guy LLP, and representing residents of the Veterans Village of San Diego as a Certified Law Student for the Thomas Jefferson Veterans Legal Assistance Clinic.
